What to expect when you see Dr. Dai

1. Please bring all pertinent medical records as well as imaging films and reports of the spine

2. (x-rays, MRI’s, CT’s).
3. A thorough medical history will be taken
4. A physical exam will be performed
5. All pertinent imaging studies and medical records will be reviewed and discussed.
6. A comprehensive treatment or diagnostic plan will be offered
